I have an #ad for followers. I don't want to accept people who are silently watching or not watching, but have been followed to me for some unknown reason. I'm looking for people to communicate, not for numbers. if we communicate with a person, then I don't care at all whether the person is followed to me or not. I don't see any point in following at all if there are no notifications here anyway.
