@Sapphicgiraffic @Pyradox With all due respect, whether or not pushback against snouts was warranted (and I can see that argument), the phrase 'absolute fucking clod' feels directed at a user's misunderstanding, not snouts' troubled history.
This is entirely my opinion, but I don't feel Shel going off makes an intentionally provocative callout retroactively okay and I'm disappointed if you feel that's appropriate staff behavior.
