Two years ago today, I completely dislocated my left shoulder, doing something as simple as reaching out to balance myself. After it was reset, I had to keep it immobilized for 6 weeks, and started what was almost 6 months of physical therapy.

I'm currently doing 20 push ups a day, and adding one more each week. This is in addition to 2-3 weekly strength training sessions, and 2-3 cardio workouts.

Don't be like me and wait for an injury before you start on a path to fitness.

PHP may be the first language to correctly support RFC3986 and WHATWG URL at the same time if https://wiki.php.net/rfc/url_parsing_api passes.

Any URI user should read this RFC. It is a big step in the right direction. Good job by @kocsismate90 .

If the RFC is too long I created a polyfill for testing which works on PHP8.1+ https://github.com/bakame-php/aide-uri It will get tagged as stable once the RFC has passed.
