@emag convert their pricing tiers to gallons per day, convert your usage to gallons per day. Recast your usage against the GPD and tell them you’ll pay that and they can sod off with that higher tier. Also if they’re cramming a 9 month reading into a 3 month billing period your public utility commission might be interested in their billing practices.
