How I do #zerowaste #ethical #coffee
I buy from coreroasters.cc (in Australia) who sources from co-ops that pay the farmers properly. They ship beans in recycled cardboard packaging printed with soy-based ink that can be composted.
I hand grind the beans, and use an Aeropress with a stainless steel filter (no paper filters!!) and the coffee grounds are composted along with the packaging.
Even the water I boil is powered by my battery-backed household solar.
