Yesterday, someone asked me:
“Why don’t you just build another listing platform? It’s easier.”
I didn’t have a smart reply.
I just thought about all the manufacturers I’ve spoken to
who lost money because listings don’t protect anyone.
Some problems aren’t meant to be solved the easy way.
Building a B2B startup is hard.
That’s why we’re looking for people
who want to grow with the journey, not just the title.
Also, always open to meeting fellow founders.
Yesterday was one of those days.
Calls. Follow-ups. No replies.
A couple of meetings that went nowhere.
By evening, I honestly asked myself:
“Is this taking too long?”
Then I remembered why I started.
And opened my laptop again.
Founders building in B2B - would love to connect.
Especially those working with MSMEs, logistics, trade, or SaaS.
Always good to exchange notes.
Any founders in Hyderabad this week?
No pitches.
No gyaan.
Just honest conversations about building.
Coffee works.
Founders:
What’s been harder for you lately -
building the product
or
convincing people to believe early?
Curious to hear.
Not hiring “employees”.
Looking for people who want to build.
Early-stage B2B startup.
Real problems. Real ownership.
If that excites you, let’s talk.
Yesterday, I spoke to a manufacturer who said something I couldn’t shake off.
He shipped material worth lakhs.
The buyer stopped picking calls after delivery.
No legal team.
No platform support.
No idea what to do next.
He didn’t ask for sympathy.
He just said:
“If there was a system to protect people like us, business would be easier.”
That one line stayed with me the whole day.
