@alyx @RapidKebab yeah, the studio was taken over by investors committing financial fraud who ousted most of the creative staff. also, a lot of the conflict between the za/um "splinter groups" is coming from parties with dubious motivations/ties to disco elysium. characterizing any of this as "anarchist infighting" (which is especially wrong because nobody involved is an anarchist lol, robert kurvitz has a lenin bust ffs) is so disingenuous that i question the motives of anyone making the claim.
