This: Responsible gun ownership requires supporting legislation to help prevent irresponsible people from having easy access to firearms. If you're not willing to ensure that happens, you're not a responsible gun owner, & you are part of the problem of epidemic gun violence in America.

It's Black History Month—or as the GOP call it—“Charge Teachers & Librarians with Felonies for Teaching Accurate American History Month.”

That said, I hope everyone (esp my white friends) uses this month as an opportunity to further educate yourself on Black history. To quote Dr. King: "Shallow understanding from people of goodwill is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will.
