@birdpoof @KimberlyN @GottaLaff the law is primarily directed at the social media companies, and creates a bogus civil cause of action that individuals can raise against them. That appears to be the primary mechanism of enforcement.

@lolgop why not both? I would think that the best message would hammer on the economic issues and tie those to the threat to democracy, how that what MAGA has proposed will only make things worse on that front.
