@GottaLaff Why aren't these charges also state-based. That would solve the issue... Unless there's a federal statute that would supersede.

@tersenurse @GottaLaff I often point out (not to you, you get it) that children are safer in the presence of a drag queen, in a library, than they are in any church in the company of a priest. I should add: Or on a Boy Scouts Camping trip. Funny, none of these protesters ever show up haranguing church goers like they do little kids going to a storybook time,hosted by a lovely drag queen. (Forgive me, I rant. Been one of those days. I’ll show myself out now)

@GottaLaff nothing in any of the articles about this guy indicates that the charges were federal. It appears that the district court is a Minnesota State district court.
