#AI decided to drop a summary into my newsfeed of the #Patriots game that isn't going to happen for another three days yet.
Today's featured Google Doodle is a Halloween-themed Pac-Man. I managed to clear all eight levels (while running JoyToKey so I could use a gamepad).
Every time a #Duolingo tournament comes around, I promise myself that I'll earn just enough XP to stay in the Diamond League but out of the tournament. Once I fail at that goal, the next promise is that I'll take it easy, and if I fall out of contention and back into the Diamond League, so be it. That **also** never happens; I'm simply incapable of switching off my competitive streak in that environment.

So when I'm not rewatching **The Godfather: Part β…‘**, I'm spending my Sunday morning leisurely stepping through GameDevTV's "Complete #Godot 4 2D" course.

I released a shareware game for the Commodore Amiga back in 1990. I think it might be fun to release a "35th Anniversary" edition sometime soon.

IT WAS AN ABORTION, MICHAEL! IT WAS A SON! MICHAEL! A SON!!! AND I HAD IT KILLED! BECAUSE THIS πŸ‘ MUST πŸ‘ ALL πŸ‘ END!
There's that moment when a roguelike clicks and you're like, "oh, *this* is the gameplay loop." I know I'm late to the #VampireSurvivors train β€” I forgot I'd picked it up on that one day in December that the Epic Store gave it away for free β€” but last night I had my first run that was over 10 minutes and the mental Tetris Line Block slid into place.
It's been six years, but this still burns me: an Android game that I paid for lost the license for the IP to another company. Not only did they stop selling their version of the game, but they also *completely disabled all previously purchased copies as well,* despite it having a perfectly functional offline component, with only the offer of a free copy of one of their other games as compensation.

I finally won a game of Merge Maestro! A souped-up teacup got enough tea on the board to defeat the boss with 1HP left.
