I've seen a lot of weird stuff on the internet but it's hard to top seeing Thomas the Tank Engine fans justify the episode where a sentient being gets sentenced to eternal imprisonment for refusing to work in the rain.
What I'm going for is something like these two styles in competition with each other, like two people with two different design aesthetics that have to work together.
