@twostraws started building a personal website and blog with this just now :) quick stupid question: Xcode build doesn't seem like it does anything. Is it a configuration issue on my end or is there just no way to get Xcode Cmd-B or Cmd-R to do `ignite build` or `ignite run`?
@samhenrigold oh I love this and I love you for this. I felt every word in my millennial soul. I saved up for YEARS and convinced my parents to split the literal cheapest MacBook Pro that existed at the time for college. It did not run well. I did not care. That machine made me into a photographer AND a programmer, and was still the most gorgeous computer I had ever held, something that felt impossible in the Windows world at the time. I am so glad the Neo exists for the next gen.
@marcoarment you’re so spot on about Watch 26. It was so horrific I literally switched to the Whoop. My adhd doesn’t miss the constant interruptions and distractions all day either :)

I find it amusing that a literally perfect score on their scale is still merely “very good”
Liza DalyMy mom (in her 70s) is always asking me questions about AI, so last time I was home I showed her how Claude Code works so we could vibecode a Wordle clone together. I also showed how I would normally write code in an editor to make a few final tweaks.
When we were done she said, “I had no idea what you did for a living was so boring.”
