Hi everyone. I'm Sharon & this is my #Intro post. My partner, Bongo & I run #Yoya & movement classes & retreats from our home in southern #Spain. In our spare time we love #hiking in the beautiful hills & mountains of #Andalucia with our rescue #dogs.

When I’m not on my yoga mat, you might also find me scrambling up a rock wall or sweating it out on the spin bike.
