Had an interesting experience this past week. I was staying at an inn with my family, who are friends with the innkeepers. We got talking to them, and it turns out the innkeepers are kinksters! Cue slideshow of Folsom street festival pictures for myself, my dad, and one of my partners. It was probably more nudity than I would have preferred with my father, but we took it in stride. By the end of the night he was cracking (good natured) jokes about it. Did not have that on my 2025 bingo card.

Congratulations to the winners of the Canadian Pup & Handler contest that took place this weekend in Toronto. I know that the prospect of this contest was divisive in the eyes of the pup community. I do believe, however, that the newly anointed winners have a chance to do some good for the community by drumming up support and volunteering their time. All eyes will be on the winners for the next little while to see how they’re going to choose to use the platform they’ve been given.
