For some reason I have the TV on to Trump during his G7 news conference. A couple of thoughts:
Still amazing the right thinks Biden was non compos mentis but don't see a problem with trump. Truly cult like behavior (I mean, we've known this for a decade but still need to point it out now and then).
Second is I love, absolutely love, watching Rubio slowly die inside standing behind Trump. Could not happen to a better guy (and by better I mean fuck that guy).

Going full #getoffmylawn #oldguy for a second if I can. I see the value of delivery services in the city - dinner, groceries, whatever. My issue is why the eff so the drivers need to just beach their cars in the middle of the road. Seriously - there is a parking space right there on the left and a hydrant on the right. Just pull in slightly and let traffic past.

I have it quite well all things considered. Job, insurance, transportation, family, ability to make phone calls, etc.
The BS I am going thru to get my finger examined (great plainer incident of 2026) is ridiculous. Urgent care was fine but actually getting an ortho doc to look at it, anything but.
No availability for weeks, out of network docs, you name it. Every time I meet someone who says ObamaCare went too far I want to punch them in the dick.
Lived in Australia for a few years and yeah, socialized medicine is horrible. No waits, easy access, $7 bills for the emergency room. Horrible.
We really do get the coverage we deserve. Can't wait to leave this country again. Permanently this time.
