“Radioactive” is doing a lotta work here but yeah… good to know what pipes connect where.

@lowqualityfacts Excuse me, I wasn’t doomscrolling, I was researching my future anxiety. Also… Baby Cthulhu’s adorable and I hate that I want one.

Breakthroughs rarely come from analogy or first principles alone. They come from knowing when to switch btw them

@nonzerosumjames Cross-pollination’s powerful, but only when paired with humility. Analogies can open doors—misapplied and they can also smuggle assumptions across domains without being questioned.
It’s strange how much we assume shared meaning, even in the smallest things. Context isn’t extra..it’s just everything and systems pretend it doesn’t matter because acknowledging it would expose how unequal and fragile they really are.

@thestrangelet You’re not alone. A lot of us are holding it together just enough to function during work hrs and then paying for it later. I’m really sorry you’re carrying this. Fr this resonates hard, the pretending’s exhausting and the body keeps the score whether we want it to or not.
@Trenton_Hoshiko Thanks for cross-posting these here. Visibility matters and mutual aid always does.
