Happy New Year everyone! Here's my progress on this one: collisions, shooting, entity behaviours, HUD. Still not proper gameplay yet but you can shoot the blobs and and collect them to make your potions. #c64 #commodore64 #pixelart #retrodev #8bit

Here's what I have been playing around with. My first multi directional C64 scroller. Obviously need to deal with the bottom row, my thought was to put a strip of horizontally stretched sprites over the top. Interested to hear how other devs have dealt with this.

Life stuff has slowed things down a bit but I am still working on InfeZtation for the C64. It is now gameplay complete! So what's left? Cutscenes, menus, final music+, SFX, intro, outro, manual etc etc.

As you delve deeper into The Vault, things start to get strange. Even the flora seems to be alert to your presence, walk through the wrong spore-like plant and it's lights out!
