@jailandrade en mi opinión, cualquier distro estable como Debian o inmutables como Bazzite/Bluefin son buenas si usas distrobox.
Así puedes tener entornos dedicados y probar varios sistemas operativos que posean las librerías que necesites.
Yo personalmente uso Debian, pero porque quiero una distro que no sufra muchos cambios.
