I can't remember where I read this concept recently, but it has really shifted how I feel about the piles of unread books around my house:

A bookshelf isn't just a place to store books you have already read, it is more like having a wine cellar. A home library is a collection of books that are waiting for the right occasion and mood to be read.

Looking for resources, probably in video format, to teach a multi-disciplinary software team about the benefits of reducing WIP. They are struggling against the intuition that “it’s good to get things started.” Would appreciate boosting by my few followers. #AgileSoftware #leansoftwaredevelopment
