Video taken during my lunchtime walk of a pair of black swans and their 6 cygnets swimming in one of the ponds in the wetlands. You can hear them pulling at the water plants to eat and the little cute chirps of the babies.

Walking back to the car after taking the kids out for sushi and we came across an albino brushtail possum! While I’ve never seen an albino possum in the wild before, I was informed that this lady is a well known local that hangs around the skip bins and she has a baby in the nearby tree that waits for mum to bring home the goods. Looks very large and well fed. Amazed at how close it let us get.

This #rabbit of ours (called Benny Bun) decided the apple 8yo was eating looked good and wasn’t content with just the little nibble he was given. He grabbed the entire apple and ran for it… the chase was on around the lounge room after this tiny bunny with a huge apple in his mouth. Unfortunately we didn’t get a pic of the apple heist, but this is him now, eyeing off what is left. #rabbitsofmadodon #bunny #naughtypets

SCORE! Turns out our grape vine actually had good tasting grapes growing on it this year. This is a photo of just a small amount. We’ve had no time for gardening this year and the vine was growing out of control… only discovered there were grapes when i found my 8yo eating them. Previous years the grapes were few and sour.

It was a bit surreal to see our little company up on the same slide with Google. I’m so very happy we are able to give to this community I love so dearly.
