I noticed a difference between Black History Month and Women’s history month and now tech corporations have treated them differently. This year as tech faced a madeup crisis they axed their DEI initiatives&BHM. However, those same companies have been celebrating women’s history month all month long. What is clear from all this are two things: The whole”we care about racial inequality and Justice” was a front and white supremacy which is white women in the workplace still is very much alive.
