i don't understand the physics well enough to know why this works, but every winter i am equally startled that i can bike through snow like this 🧡🚴‍♂️⛄

winter biking is possible! bundle up and get knobbly tires and take it slow, i believe in you!

i only planned to spend 20m on a tire swap, but it's a balmy 60F out before a long winter storm is due to settle in, so i took a few hours overhauling a bunch of stuff i've put off on colder days. back on my old knobblies, tuned brakes and replaced worn pads, adjusted headset, cleaned the chain, etc. gotta get ready for #vikingbiking!

my lapras came from an egg i picked up while visiting my parents in hawaii but i hatched it on the mainland so i always get a little sentimental when i go back because i can walk my lapras and show it its homeland and augh this is just an integer in a silly phone game why do i care so much ;_;
