The members are Reps. McCarthy, Jordan, Perry and Biggs. They were all subpoenaed and they all refused to respond to those subpoenas.

FYI, while the majority will change in the 118th, the Ethics Committee always has equal numbers of members from each party. The Ethics Committee doesn’t _have_ to pursue an investigation, but refusing to look into members refusing to honor subpoenas from other members could leave the current majority without a way to enforce any subpoenas it might want to issue to the soon-to-be minority members.
