@hidikem the way llms are trained right now is not ethical, i am all for finding a way to ethically create/use ai tools but in the case of llms it'd need an entirely different approach that we havent found yet (for it to be at all usable at least, you can train llms with less data and less energy they'll just be shit at their job)

@hidikem it'll still be less llm use because the primary contributers and the maintainers won't use llms, it'll just be a few contributions that might or might not have llm written code. i don't want to encourage the use of something i consider unethical so i'd rather use projects that are more strict about or outright ban llms 🤷‍♀️
