This guy has a doggy who has cancer. Please help if you can.

My dog Forest, just turned 13 on November 11th.
The next day he had a vet appointment for a tumor on his upper right inside lip that had developed to the size of a gumball in one week.
I knew it wasn't gonna be good and it turns out the tumor is a type of cancer called Amelanotic Melanoma.
The Surgery alone is going to cost $1951.45. However, that doesn't cover any treatments that the surgeon may need during the surgery, which is why I'm asking for 2,200$"
