I'm currently writing a lot of math code and I came up with this little #dartlang extension type. I'm not yet sure if it's a good idea. It seems useful — but it could also be one of those overengineered ideas that I sometimes produce for no reason at all.
The idea is simply to encode, in static extension types, that a value is normalized (or that a function _expects_ a normalized value).
