@thomas_crews @ubiquity75 I had a similar issue - was able to use debirdify to import a list of Twitter folks into my personal account on mastodon-social but using the same process on mastodon-cloud gave me a 503. Made me think maybe mastodon-cloud doesn't allow importing via debirdify, which is a bummer.
