@optimisey @simoncox as other still wrote, that behaviour is strictly similar to the 302 (before the unknown time Google treats it as a 301) ;)

@jfroehlich I've similar situation with GSC notification, but in my case, the cause is the "double wave": in the first read, Googlebot didn't render the page but read only the source.
