I've added a new strategy to my color-mapping tool!
In some cases, the old strategy performs better, but in others it performs quite badly. (In this case, it's a huge improvement! Old left, new right.)

I designed this simple net cup holder for wide-mouthed canning jars! It's great for "jar kratky" hydroponics :)
Behold: the ultimate "reuse", the uglypurse. Literally a prototype purse idea made from stuff in my "find a use or toss it" pile! Extremely hideous, but it holds the kit I take to my parents' house.
I've been experimenting with beetlewing, using the shisha stitch, which is generally used for mirrors.
I like how it looks! I need to get better though. Metallic thread is hard to work with.
I bought this allegedly Halloween themed... pink fox with yellow stripes?... embroidery kit from the store yesterday. It's my first time doing embroidery. I thought it was a lot of fun, although my French knots are pretty crap!
