I did run a poll (https://mastodon.social/@maxdevjs/113229683223028881) about preferences among Lix, Nix, and Guix.
Guix was the undisputed winner whereas Lix secured the second placement. As I live in a cave, this ended up catching my attention.
As a background, I currently use Nix (in a very basic way and for personal purposes) as a distro independent package manager for programs (mainly command line) that are often packaged with slightly different names on different distros.
