@suhail Elon gets a lot done because he is good at squeezing results out of his employees by getting them to buy into the mission (Like SJ did) and also making examples out of people from time to time. With Twitter, it's not clear he's even bought into his own stated mission. And his product, whether he realizes it or not, is the userbase of content creators. If he loses them, he no longer has a product.

@indygatsby @suhail Agree 100%. Fediverse UX is shite. needs a transparent aggregation frontend. People don't want to think about servers or federation, and threading needs major work.
