#WordPress developers, what are the common pieces of functionality that you tend to implement every time you build a site?
E.g. You always create a certain post type, or alter a certain query?

I am a developer, farther and a husband, based remotely in Yorkshire, UK.
I have been crafting wonderfully wholesome things with WordPress since 2006, a web developer since 1996, and remote worker since 2014.

Great post Matt. You hit the biggest myths for sure. I'd add:
There's a maximum number of plugins you can/should have on your site.
(False, it's quality that matters much more than quantity)
I’ve blogged, I would appreciate if you lovely people would take a look and let me know any #WordPress myths you have faced (I’m planning a part 2)
The #WordPress community list has grown to more than 70 mastodon users, well done everyone boosting, suggesting members and supporting! 🥳🎊🎉
https://wp-community-on-mastodon.wptoots.social/
Will stop actively asking users to join (has become hard keeping track), but still happy to add everyone who sends me their profile! Would even be happy about co-maintainers for the list on GitHub.
So please give this another boost and we are on our way to 100 members!
