Got to say, the SAP community seems to be coming over to BlueSky with momentum which is hopeful! Would be good to only use Threads and BlueSky!
So looks like there's a bit of an effort to move to BlueSky around SAP Tech (more likely to be an OG Twitter experience) - embrace the post-election momentum perhaps: https://bsky.app/starter-pack/mianbsp.bsky.social/3lavxhk26r32a

Why S/4HANA Extensibility Options are crucial.

I have worked for almost 30 years in the SAP ERP space and have seen many innovations in SAP software. Although there have been many changes during those years, the challenges in my job remain almost the same. As a developer, enterprise architect, SAP mentor, speaker, teacher, and advisor, I ask mys...

SAP User Experience News for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Q4/2023

Joule is now generally available for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition 2023. @qmacro It's good to dream!
@qmacro Just an FYI - I challenged Jocelyn Dart to write up a post about all things Cache in V2/V4 CAP/RAP/SEGW/UI5/SMICM/Web Dispatcher, etc (mainly for development, but understanding prod system cache handling too) since it's a bug bear for all developers but realised this is more up your low-level analysis alley if you can get away from command line NPM based tools and BTP instances... (just a wish list item from someone at SAP at least)
Who would have thought that upgrading to supported components on S/4HANA 2022 would be bleeding edge and be hitting all sorts of bleeding edge issues with lean services for example - My conclusion - Most customers must be at risk right now of being completely out of support by end of 2025 not realising how big a jump it might be!
The big lesson for this work (which agile has known forever) but when dealing with a consulting company using WRICEFs - Get stakeholders to agree to the intent fist, work with the lead developer to identify the cleanest solution options, work with business to structure requirements around cleanest acceptable solution (might be change management). Business knows what Clean Core is nowadays and will understand compromise!
