I have always found music to be a great aid in upsetting or frustrating times. I cannot explain how much this band just absolutely maxes out my happiness in spite of all the bs happening.
@marcoarment one of @overcastfm’s most amazing features is restarting at the start of a phrase or sentence after a pause. It’s almost completely unnoticed in my day to day, but then when I do notice or realise, it’s super impactful in its own way. Thanks for caring about the little details.

in the absence of photo-oriented website (for now), and instagram account (forever), going to start sharing some of my photography here.

it’s a rare, empty escalator of the Parliament Station in Melbourne CBD. it used to be the longest escalator in the Southern Hemisphere (30m), but has been surpassed by several others since, including the new State Library Station (42m).

it’s impossible to not get vertigo/heebie jeebies here.

Claude: I can understand complex architectures in minutes and write highly maintainable code in a fraction of the time it would have taken a human!

Also Claude: Um, how do I put this. I know you gave me permission to run a bunch of terminal commands, but I need you to approve this one manually because ampersands are hard.

@caseyliss I have a suggestion for getting your @atpfm co-hosts to watch some F1: get them to watch a Sprint Race. They’re shorter than a full GP and more competitive as there usually isn’t a pit stop.
If I see one more Cloudflare "Verify you're not a robot" check box today I'm going to vomit bricks.
I just spend 2 minutes on LinkedIn because someone messaged me there. What a cesspool. Brown nosers and AI sycophants as far as the eye could see. Yuck.
