A huge thanks to everyone at #Umbraco #MVPSummit and #Codegarden who attended my ND workplace talk!

It was the first time publicly sharing my story after my diagnosis last year and I was super nervous but you all made it feel safe. So many reached out with your own journeys and reminded me why these conversations matter.

So yesterday I wrote a Psychology Today blog post about how to decide what accommodations to request at work, and then I had a dream that it got a bunch of comments like "This is what passes for a blog post??" so now I'm self-conscious about sharing it. Here you go anyway: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/neurodiversity-affirming-therapy/202506/neurodivergence-in-the-workplace
Neurodivergence in the Workplace

Neurodivergent people often need support to thrive in a work environment, but it can be hard to know where to start when seeking accommodations.

@joe Don't worry, I've since tweaked things and improved my prompt so now you get a big old 5 out of 5 😁

I now rank content by type such that a useful, article like yours in the events category, isn't compared against say a post in the technical tutorial category. They all have value, just different contexts and thus different scales.

After dealing with a growing influx of SEO filler articles submitted to UMB.FYI I decided to add to my property editor that summarises links using AI to also score content for value, depth and impact. At the click of a button I get a subtle traffic light visual of it’s a quality. #umbraco
