If you talk to a company like this, you will get pulled into a lot of high level discussions. The problem is when these high level discussions are groundbreaking for the founders, it really is work. But they all took a lesson from The Offspring, and so the people you came to for a job love to say "I won't pay, I won't pay ya, no way-ay-ay-ay"
