Talked with my psychiatrist about the two sides of my personality, wanting to grow the less prominent one (the strong aspiring Himbo side I call Waru), without losing my core self (Maru). He suggested I tell that to my subconscious via hypnosis so I said ok! Being able to hug and thank my inner Maru and Waru enlightened me and I'm now even more excited for first hypno session with @HairyHypnotist in Amsterdam in a couple of weeks to get even deeper into it! 🥰
