@scribblanitea I was thinking about the other day. I said: artificial intelligence won the flyer graphic design business when they finally made everything in the page *important*. I say this as a 20+ years graphic designer that never got to convince clients that if everything's important, nothing is. Also, this is true for any field and I guess ai is coming for them as well.
I like to write the term like this: artificial intelligence. I don't capitalize it. That's by design. I believe the two capital letters abstract to it to a level I'm not comfortable with. It even sounds *friendly*. With those two long words I try to make it clear that we're talking about something artificial. I don't have proof that works. That's not relevant. It's just the way I like to approach writing about the technology. That is, of course, if I write about it, which I totally avoid.
@simoncarstensen having read some more, I can totally get why. And I can see how they are different. I don’t know, maybe you don’t have to choose between the two and you can have both :) In fact, hope you do keep both since one is legacy being carried and the other one is yours truly and fully. There’s a nice story to be told in these two projects <3
