I assume more expensive price per W will lead to more expensive production of Wh from new Polish reactors compared to new Czech reactors. Hence expensive.
But polish ones are not primarily meant for the Wh, although it is a nice by-product.

@kravietz I thought one would also like not burn money by building overly expensive power plants, like Poland does. But in this case one might assume power generation is the least concern
