It’s a bid sad, that product managers ask “How can we use AI to grow our product” rather than “Is AI a good solution to [specific problem]”.

Just because a technology exists, doesn’t mean you should try and find a problem to forcefully use it on.

I ordered doors last week, scheduled for delivery today. Last night they called apparently, but no voice mail or text message after I was unreachable, that the truck has broken down.

Now, instead of getting a replacement truck and move the orders, they are towing the truck back to Leeds (4 hour drive) to send a new one out again for Thursday.

That leaves us without a bathroom door for a day, since our old ones get picked up on Wednesday. 🤦🏻‍♂️
