Das Bündnis #GesichtserkennnungStoppen! warnt vor der Einführung der vorgeschlagenen biometrischen Überwachungsbefugnisse im sogenannten Sicherheitspaket. Sie sind europarechtswidrig, verletzen verfassungsrechtliche Mindestanforderungen und widersprechen datenschutzrechtlichen Grundregeln.

Da am Montag (23. Sept 2024) die Sachverständigenanhörung im Innenausschuss des Bundestages stattfindet hat @algorithmwatch für unser Bündnis eine Stellungnahme verfasst.
