Let me get this straight: The Nonce Formerly Known As Prince has been arrested on charges of misconduct in public office based upon information from the Epstein files released quite recently. That's a complex charge that lawyers will delay for years.

But he hasn't been arrested for sexual misconduct despite evidence and allegations dating back 6+ years. The Epstein files are only adding to the evidence supporting this, yet no charges are forthcoming.

This morning, while exercising, I was attacked by a dog. It almost licked all the skin off my shins.

But it reminded me of the time I was lucky enough to spend with lovely Betty the boxer.

If you either walk or run for exercise, invest in good footwear. These weren't cheap but they've served me extremely well - almost twice as long as my previous pair.

Time to retire these.

In the UK there is a celebrity gameshow called Richard Osman's House Of Games, where (minor) celebrities have to answer a variety of quite random questions.

But it never matters which celebrity is in seat 1, I cannot miss the fire-breathing hippo behind them.

We strayed from a traditional UK Christmas dinner, and went for A5 Wagyu fillet steak cooked medium rare. With simple accompaniments of buttered new potatoes, and a stuffed mushroom.

Simple, but very delicious. When the meat is as good as this, keep the accompaniments simple to give the meat centre stage.
