During the last day, I was fully focused on restoring all the services and configurations lost after the recent crash of MAGMA’s login node. Now, authentication and secure logins are fully back online.
Current services status of the login node:
🟢 FreeIPA
🟡 Munge
🟡 SLURM
🔴 AutoNFS
🔴 Modules
🔴 Grafana
🔴 Prometheus
By next week all of them should be back online again. 🤙🏼
First steps in the process of restoring the login node of #MAGMA cluster. A new SSD and the procedure of installation.
It was just disconnecting the SATA cables of the old HHD and putting them on the very new SSD, holding it on the chassis and screwing back some screws.
Finally, reinstall Rocky 9.5 Blue Onix again and, now it is ready to drop in all the previous configuration including of course #slurm

Well you are right there are few opportunities to meet fortran developers that are fully focused in their research and are not interested in sharing their fortran knowledge.
While those interested in it are building the #fortranlang community. However, definitively modern fortran needs more spread to bring the word all that evolved language can do (apart to be speak with supercomputers 😌).
