Any idea how to convert this csv format into json?

It should have one dictionary per name (Prima, Secunda), with a list for any row with multiple entries, and a standard key-value pair for the rest.

Is there a better way to do this than a bunch of if-then statements mangled into a function?

I like the UX idea - it starts as a fuzzy-finder for music, then plays a full album. It's a good program for a random passing 'hey, I want to listen to...'
