@jessebot @dpecos There's no residence requirement for the qualifications (at least I know of people traveling to UK to skip the language barrier). There usually is a residence requirement for getting a license with a callsign.
Morse code proficiency has been dropped as a requirement in CEPT equivalent licenses, I think some countries have a legacy license which just gives you bragging rights.
I found that NL N license is a CEPT Novice equivalent, but nothing for IE or UK.
@jessebot @dpecos You can do that. You have to think about passing an exam as something separate to getting your license. In most cases one comes right after another, but it doesn't have to. So you can pass an exam in Ireland or UK, and request a license with a callsign attached in NL where you reside.

Fascinating paper. It's long, 200 pages; you can read the intro and the Discussion section and get much out of it already though, but they do their homework.
Effects of LLM usage on memory retention and task execution:
- LLM users do get judged well by human and LLM judges for their essays
- Can't remember them
- Low cognitive activation
- Essays are mostly the same
