I solved today's Redactle (#250) in 11 guesses with an accuracy of 63.64%.

I sort of understood what the subject matter could have been, and I expected one word to be in it but not that it would be the title's second word. I was baffled, however, when I unintentionally got the title's first word, as I frequently associated it with another slightly related group of things.

I solved today's Redactle (#249) in 58 guesses with an accuracy of 60.34%.

I figured out the subject area early on, and was pretty sure shortly thereafter what the thing being described actually *was*, but was disappointed that I couldn't pull out the actual name of that thing just as readily.

I solved today's Redactle (#248) in 1 guess with an accuracy of 100.00%!

I solved today's Redactle (#247) in 2 guesses with an accuracy of 100.00%!

had an idea of where this might have been based on the title letter count and the words in the first sentence

I solved today's Redactle (#246) in 19 guesses with an accuracy of 73.68%.

There was a particular prefix I thought the title had, but I had dismissed it after my third guess (which used it), only revisiting other words in the subject area that use that prefix after filling in a couple of key words.

I solved today's Redactle (#245) in 3 guesses with an accuracy of 100.00%.

(I picked up from the italicized portions at the bottom what the title could have been, but cost myself a guess by choosing the wrong seven-letter word for the third word in the title.)
