Way to extend the life of a sturdy machine. Years ago I used to build and rebuild PCs (I’m an IT consultant by profession) but really only enjoyed it for my own personal use. Having to warrant a Frankensteined machine for a novice client proved too much to bear for my one-woman shop. It’s been ages now since I tinkered (I lease my computers now as a tax write off) but I still get excited to see such extension of life as you’ve done here.
