After months of delays, the politically appointed board of the Slovak Arts Council overruled the expert committee’s positive decision and rejected our application for cultural program funding this year. We’re still waiting on the results of other funding applications and will adjust our approach accordingly. But one thing is certain: LOM is alive and will remain so, with or without government support.
