I'm fed up of having to repeat again and again to the insurance company that I don't want to be contacted by phone since it leaves no trace and they still are adamant to phone me instead of using their own messaging app.

This morning I sent them a message to thank them for their generous proposition of 15 000€ that they told me on the phone yesterday.
